The PALS Innovators -Park Activities Locker System
My team developed PALS (Park Activities Locker System), a free automated sports equipment checkout system at Memorial Park, to encourage spontaneous park visits and introduce new activities. We also proposed a space utilization plan for the park's dried-up artificial ponds, transforming them into recreational areas. Our efforts earned us the 2020 City of Cupertino Crest Innovator of the Year award.
